Complete online store pricing
An online store with an AI sales assistant and product recommendations
An AI sales assistant is useful in a catalogue where the buyer knows what they need to achieve but does not know which specifications to look for. For example, the buyer describes a room and equipment requirements, and the chat asks about key parameters and suggests suitable products to compare. Product pages, instructions and approved compatibility rules provide the source information. Prices and availability are checked against store data, and questions are passed to a staff member when there is not enough information. This feature first requires complete specifications and clear limits on recommendations. AI is an add-on and preserves the usual buying journey: products remain available through categories, filters, product pages and the cart.
An online store for repeat purchases
Pet food, consumables, household cleaning products and personal care items are often bought repeatedly. In this type of store, customers need to find a familiar product quickly, choose the quantity and see the total before checkout. Categories, search and clear product names help them put together their usual cart without browsing the catalogue for a long time. Reordering a previous purchase requires purchase history and sign-in, which we plan separately. Current prices and availability are checked when an order is repeated: a previous order does not mean every item is available today. Reminders and subscriptions are discussed as additional features. The core store remains a standard catalogue with a cart, checkout and product management.
A B2B store for wholesale orders
Wholesale buyers usually need an order containing several items, specified quantities and delivery terms. The store can show packaging, minimum order quantities and specifications, collect company details and send the order for a quote. A procurement specialist can, for example, assemble a list of consumables by SKU rather than sending it in a message. If pricing depends on a contract or order volume, a sales manager confirms the final terms. Individual prices, a customer account area and uploading a purchase specification are defined separately around the sales process. CRM or inventory system integration saves products and customer details in the agreed fields. Complex wholesale workflows are quoted after we review the requirements.
An online store focused on one product category
A niche online store suits a brand or seller with a clearly defined range, such as tableware, pet supplies or cosmetics. Customers start with a category, compare ingredients and specifications, view photographs and add their chosen products to the cart. Delivery terms and usage instructions, where an explanation is needed, appear alongside the price on the product page. The catalogue reflects how customers actually choose: by purpose, material, size or other important properties. We identify the filters needed for the range. Orders are saved in the admin panel, where a staff member checks the items and contacts the buyer. To launch, you need agreed product data and clear sales rules.
A store for products with sizes, colours and configurations
Clothing, furniture, appliances and building materials often have several variants of the same model. Customers choose the size, colour or configuration on the product page, and the specific item is added to the cart at its own price. Each variant can have a SKU, photograph and availability record. This helps distinguish similar products when preparing an order and avoids having to confirm the choice again by phone. Before development, we determine which attributes belong to the model and which vary between versions. If stock is managed in 1C or MoySklad, data exchange is an additional integration. Without it, information is updated through the store's admin panel.
SEO and GEO for categories and product pages
Catalogue indexing
I configure category and product URLs, internal links, the sitemap and indexing rules. Important pages are accessible to search engines without signing in.
Filters and product variants
I determine which filtered collections should appear in search and which create duplicates. I agree canonical URLs, variant URLs and how empty categories are handled.
Prices and availability in product data
I add applicable Product and Offer structured data. The name, price and availability match the product page; shipping and return terms follow your rules.
SEO priorities and GEO
I select categories for further SEO work. Product descriptions, specifications and purchase terms are available in HTML for Yandex, Google and AI search.
What should you know before building an online store?
What is included in an online store from $2,200?
A catalogue of the agreed size with product pages and filters, a cart, checkout, an admin panel, design, a mobile layout, basic SEO/GEO and launch. One month of support and minor updates is included free. An AI sales assistant from $550, CRM integration and data exchange with 1C or a warehouse system are optional add-ons. Bulk product uploads are quoted based on the range and how ready the materials are. A 30% deposit is due before work starts. The balance is payable after you accept the agreed result.
What determines the development cost and timeline?
The number of products and variants, the condition of the data, the category structure and integrations. To prepare a quote, I need the product range, prices, photographs, specifications and sales rules. Large product uploads, a customer account area and non-standard features are quoted separately. We agree the scope, price and timeline before work begins.
How do I update products, prices and orders after launch?
The admin panel lets you edit product pages, photographs, specifications, prices and availability, and view orders. I will show you how to use it when handing over the store. If data is managed in another system, we separately identify the source and configure data exchange so you do not have to enter updates twice.
How are online payments and delivery connected?
We choose payment and delivery services around your sales process and include them in the agreed project scope. Before launch, we check checkout, notifications and statuses with test orders. Accounts, contracts, provider fees and delivery service charges are separate; we clarify the receipt and refund process in advance.
How can I add an AI sales assistant, CRM and 1C integration?
An AI sales assistant is an add-on from $550; order transfer to the selected CRM starts at $450; data exchange with 1C or MoySklad starts at $450. AI requires up-to-date product pages, specifications and product recommendation rules. For integrations, I check service capabilities, access credentials, data fields and the direction of exchange.
Is ongoing SEO included in store development?
Basic SEO/GEO is included: catalogue structure, metadata, indexing, applicable product structured data and content available in HTML. Ongoing SEO starts at $750 per month and is charged separately under an agreed plan. Search engines determine rankings, product data displays and inclusion in AI answers.
What updates are included in the free month of support?
Minor changes to text, photographs and agreed store elements, plus help with the admin panel after launch. Bulk product uploads, new features and changes to the data exchange workflow are quoted separately. Further support starts at $300 per month from the second month if needed.
Who owns the store and source code?
After delivery, I hand over the source code and project access to you. You can host the store on your own server and continue developing it by adding categories, features and integrations. Domain, hosting and external service accounts are arranged separately, and their costs are not included in development.
Open your own online store
Customers can choose products and place an order, which you receive in the admin panel. An AI sales assistant can be added separately from $550.
