Business applications for your team
A business application brings your team's work together: requests, approvals, documents and tasks with clear statuses. For example, an employee requests equipment, a manager approves the items, and a purchasing specialist receives the approved order. Everyone works with the same record, sees who is responsible and follows the decision history instead of searching through messages. Access permissions define the data and actions available to each role. Before development, we document the workflow, exceptions and required integrations. You can start with one process and then add other departments, reports and features. We agree on the application's scope and cost based on your team's actual needs.
Bots for employee onboarding and support
A company bot helps new employees settle in by showing their onboarding plan, internal instructions and training schedule, and reminding them of the next steps. Employees can check how to submit a request, find a document or ask a frequently asked question. Responses and workflows use materials approved by the company. If the information is insufficient or a question falls outside those materials, the bot passes the enquiry to HR or another responsible employee. Role-based permissions restrict access to internal data, and an assigned owner keeps the instructions up to date. Before launch, we agree on how materials will be updated, where enquiries will go and which features the bot will provide.
Custom API integrations between services
A custom integration is useful when an existing connector cannot transfer the required fields or support your company's rules. For example, a confirmed order needs to create a record in an internal system, receive an order number and return it to the website. Before development, we define the direction of data exchange, the source of each field and how repeated events are handled. The integration validates the data, saves the result and notifies the responsible person of errors. If an external service is unavailable, processing follows the agreed fallback procedure. You can start with a single event and dataset, then add further operations as separate modules.
Customer or partner portal
A portal is useful when customers need to see their requests, documents and agreed statuses in one place. For example, a partner submits a supply request, attaches a specification and receives a response in their account. Users can view only the records they are authorised to access, while employees work with them according to their role. Before development, we define the sign-in method and the source of each status. A portal can start with one section, with payments, support requests or other features added later. The number of screens, user roles, activity history and integrations all affect the total cost.
AI module for processing documents and enquiries
An AI feature can support a specific task: analysing an email, searching documents or drafting a reply. For example, the module extracts a product name, quantity and contact details from an enquiry, and an employee checks the result before it is saved to the system. This requires clear source data and criteria for assessing the output. AI models can make mistakes, so uncertain cases and important actions require human approval. We first test one use case using agreed examples. Document volume, integrations and model usage costs are accounted for separately.
How your IT and AI solution is developed
Your process and expected outcome
I review who is involved, which data comes in and what the process needs to produce. I check whether an existing service can do the job or custom development is needed.
Solution and estimate
We identify the features you need: a bot, portal, integration or AI. We define the scope, required access and acceptance criteria, and agree on the price and timeline before work begins.
Development and testing
I build the workflows and interface, and connect the agreed data sources. We test routine and unusual situations, data exchange errors and access permissions.
Launch and project handover
I deploy the solution on the agreed server and hand over the code, access credentials and operating documentation. I help you get started and provide support for the first month.
Questions about custom IT and AI development
What can you build from $300?
For example, a simple bot for one workflow or a standalone feature in an existing system. We agree on the exact scope, timeline and price after discussing your task. The cost depends on the workflow, number of features and integrations; a customer portal or a complete system requires a separate estimate. A 30% deposit is due before work begins. You pay the balance after accepting the agreed result.
When do I need custom development, and when will an existing service do?
I begin by checking the services you already use. If configuration changes or an existing integration can solve the task, we consider that option. Custom development is needed when an existing solution does not support essential rules, data or actions. We make the choice after discussing your current process and the features you need.
What determines the cost and timeline of an IT and AI solution?
The workflow, number of features, screens, roles and integrations. Prices in the estimator provide an initial guide for your selected services. We agree on the final estimate and timeline before work begins. A large project can be split into stages, each with its own deliverable.
What should I prepare for our first discussion?
A description of the task, how your employees work and the outcome you want. Examples of spreadsheets, documents and reports, plus a list of your current services, are helpful. You do not need a finished technical specification: I turn your examples into a process diagram and a clear development scope. You do not need a separate in-house IT team.
Can you extend an existing website, CRM or internal system?
Yes, if the required methods, events, exports and permissions are available. API integration between services starts at $400; connecting your chosen amoCRM or Bitrix24 starts at $300. Before estimating the work, I check the services' capabilities and the data exchange workflow. Projects involving several connected systems or unusual requirements are priced according to their scope.
How is AI used in a custom solution?
AI implementation in business processes starts at $400 and can include analysing enquiries, searching documents or preparing drafts. Before development, we define the input data, expected output and actions that require employee review. AI models can make mistakes, so important decisions require agreed limits and human approval. Model usage is billed separately.
Who keeps the code, access credentials and documentation?
At handover, I provide the source code, agreed access credentials and documentation explaining how the solution works. You can host it on your own server and continue developing it. External platform licences and accounts are subject to their providers' terms. Hosting, service subscriptions and AI usage costs are excluded from the development price.
What support is included after launch?
One month of support and reasonable minor adjustments after launch is included at no extra charge. I help you understand how the solution works and refine its settings. New screens, roles, features and integrations are estimated separately. Optional ongoing support starts at $200 per month; we define its scope for your project.
Automate your business workflow
I will build a bot, connect your CRM and services, or develop the tool your team needs. We will agree on features and pricing, launch the solution and prepare it for further development.
